Broken Tiles
Broken roof tiles?
Whether the damage came from a painter, termite tenting or even Santa’s sleigh, we’ve seen it all – and we can fix it! Cracked or missing tiles can lead to serious leaks and interior damage if left unchecked. If its already too late and water has already gotten through, we can carefully remove just the affected section of tiles, repair any damage to the roof deck, and install new underlayment before putting the tiles back in place. Our roof maintenance will seal all plumbing and vent pipes – these seals dry out over time, and if left unchecked, rainwater can run right down the pipe into your attic. We also inspect for nails or staples that have worked their way up aging shingles, check and seal around any walls, chimneys, skylights, and other roof penetrations, and take care of minor repairs on the spot.
The cost for most roofs is $300 and includes a complete roof inspection report, so you can have peace of mind knowing exactly what condition your roof is in.
